The crew member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while executing operation/service standards at a high level in order to make make La PanotiQ the first choice for enjoying espresso drinks, pastries and light meals in a Parisian setting.
In order to achieve this, a crew member is responsible for working well within the team, behaving professionally and providing great service and great product.
By focusing time around assigned duties, executing performance at a high level and maintaining a safe, clean environment, will this be achieved.

Requirements/Responsibilities
1) Being a capable and productive team member:
a) Executing cafe routines and LP's operating standards (service, recipes, opening/closing, cleaning, etc)
b) Executing sales and company initiatives at a high level
c) Improving skills and productivity through learning and development
d) Taking initiative and following directions well
e) Resolving potential concerns and potential problems; if unable, seek manager assistance

2) Building Sales and Guest Loyalty
a) Ensuring guest relationships are exceptional through immediately responding to guests needs, while executing tasks well
b) Making product correctly and quickly to ensure accuracy and service times are minimal
c) Performing assigned job duties at a high level
d) Ensuring appropriate company image
e) Executing recipe cards accurately and consistently
f) Speaks with guest on a friendly basis, emphasizing excellent service
3) Ensuring Financial Health of the Business
a) Executing company initiatives effectively to meet or exceed cafe goals
b) Correctly executing service and production procedures to ensure cafe maximizes profit: taking orders correctly, making orders correctly, etc
c) Correctly following procedures regarding cash, credit cards, etc

Education/Experience
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent required. Previous cafe experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills
Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality. Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in dealing with team members, the public and support staff. Good time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ableto perform simple mathematical calculations. Able to exercise sound judgment. Able to read, write and communicate effectively. Computer skills are required.

Physical
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. Will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Food handling card required.
Must possess a valid ID and be at least 21 years of age.
