Description
Ne Timeas Restaurant Group, including projects flour+water and central kitchen, is looking for strong host candidates to join our front of house team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing restaurant family.

We are sourcing locally and sustainably, and aim to create an evolving menu of refined food in a casual setting. We work directly with bay area farms to support a daily changing menu and all butchery is done in-house, using locally raised whole animals.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Server candidates should satisfy the following criteria:
-At least 4 years experience working in fine dining restaurants
-A warm and outgoing personality and a passion for our industry
-Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
-A good understanding of regional Italian and Northern Californian Cuisine
-A deep understanding of wine
-The desire and ability to work well with others
-Extensive knowledge of and experience with Aloha
-Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
-The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
-Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
