Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsible:

* Scheduling and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales
* Inventory, product cost & food costs.
* Managing cash handling procedures & ensuring all company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members.
* P & L Management

Requirements:
* 1 - 2 years of restaurant management experience.
* Great communication skills, must be able to interact with guests comfortably ensuring an exceptional service experience,
* Requires familiarity with Aloha POS, OpenTable & Ctuit.
