Description
The Host/Hostess is responsible for cheerfully greeting the guests, escorting them to their table while engaging them in conversation, providing them with menus, and answering any preliminary questions. Other duties include: monitoring table rotations and keeping track of prepared tables for new guests, answering the phone, taking reservations, and in some cases managing to go orders.

Our Cashiers are often our last contact with our guests. They check guests out and handle all cash and credit card transactions, including selling gift cards and other retail merchandise. Our cashiers must have a positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to handle guest feedback, directing them to managers as need to ensure guest satisfaction!

Hosts and Hostess Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Must have a warm and outgoing personality with a smile and a passion for food and hospitality!
• Great attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.
• Ability to manage the guest wait list and quote wait times.
• Team player and willing to go the extra mile and assist team members as needed
• Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties, including but limited to the rolling of silverware, folding kids menus, cleaning menus, and organization cashier station.
• Excellent phone skills (answering the phone, directing calls and taking to go orders)
• Punctual, patient, and mindful


Qualifications:
• Some experience is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Fluent in English

Cashier Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Great attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile
• Ensure positive guest experience in all areas, responding to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests.
• Punctual, patient, and mindful with ability to work in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties

Qualifications:
• Prior restaurant server experience required
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English
