As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly by maintaining all equipment and facilities.
The Maintenance Team Member will assist restaurant leadership in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and will properly maintain restaurant equipment. As the Maintenance Team Member, you will be provided the necessary tools and training needed to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
• Daily Maintenance of outside grounds.
• Performing daily detail cleaning, inspections, and regular PMs on all equipment and systems, including water filtration, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, refrigeration, and security
• Organize and put away inventory from daily truck deliveries
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust unit and replace filters regularly
• Maintain and report all building equipment as necessary to restaurant leadership
• Be able to use hand and power tools
• Be able to handle basic repairs and maintenance
• Changing filters and performing boil outs of deep fryers
• Cleaning windows as needed
• Power washing concrete sidewalks and drive thru lanes in between professional company visits
• Understanding and controlling costs of facility repairs
• Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical failures
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
