Description
We are looking for Customer Service individuals with servant hearts and quick minds to join our fast paced team. Must have open availability and must be willing to work outside in drive-thru and on Saturdays. Pay starts at $15 an hour.
The Manager has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the success of the store while maintaining the Remarkable experience of Chick-fil-A. This role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and customer service. The service needs to be very fast/efficient but never rushed. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, work with fellow management well, and assist management of the operations of the restaurant. This manager ensures all team members understand all procedures, expectations, and goals associated with the store.

* Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
* Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
* Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
* Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
* Be a friendly encouraging team player
* Open and/or close restaurant, lead shifts & control costs.
* Count Drawers and Finalize Day.
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
