Cashier, Host, Hostess, team member, crew member is expected create an excellent dining experience by taking and delivering orders efficiently and with a positive attitude toward both their co-workers and our customers.
Cashiers must be knowledgeable about our meat products and assist butchers in preparing and selling items from out meat counter and retail space.
The purpose of the Front of the House is communicate our practices and company philosophy to our guests, while highlighting the quality of our products.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Cashier, Host, Hostess, team member, crew member is responsible for serving customers quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.

Communicating with team members and always working as a team to create an excellent dining experience.

Opening duties, which include: Cleaning floors, tables, chairs, counter and anything that was missed the previous night. Restocking when necessary. Setting counter and making sure that everything is stocked and prepared for service including all condiments and “to go” materials. General cleaning of the entire space (including front side of butcher cases), as well as facing and restocking retail fridge and freezer.

Closing duties, which include: Sanitizing all work surfaces, restocking, preparing money for counting, and entering information into the Daily Register Count per a manager. Checking with the manager before leaving.

Cash register duties such as counting the register, counting out tips investigating as to why a drop may be inaccurate, and any other cash related duty as designated by a manager.

Attention to detail and aesthetic presentation of all aspects of the shop from retail shelves to the aesthetic of menu item presentation.

Stocking as necessary and taking inventory.

Maintenance of all storage areas upstairs and downstairs.

Any additional duties as defined by managers.

Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year experience working in a restaurant or retail preferred
- High school diploma/GED recommended

Physical Requirements
- Walking and standing for 8 hours a day 40 hours a week.
- Lift approximately 25 pounds
- You must be able to climb a ladder
