The Farm Kitchen, located on our Farm in Gazelle, produces an array of product to supplement the products produced out of our Yreka USDA facility, in addition to offering catering options both for internal Belcampo events and external clients.


The purpose of the Farm Kitchen Assistant Manager position is to assist in leading the production of all aspects of the Farm Kitchen, with minimal supervision, the Farm Kitchen Assistant Manager will be responsible for oversight of the quality and consistency of all product, inventory management/ordering and training other Compadres to meet and exceed industry standards with the upmost consideration for proper food handling and safety.
• Production of Soups, Stocks, cooked and raw meat products, vegetable preparation, non-perishable items, and other value added products
• Assistance with preparation for catering events
• Ensuring that all regulatory and in-house requirements are met and appropriately documented, and that finished product is appropriately stored and ready for shipment
• Ensuring that all quality specs are met for all finished value added products
• Leading a staff of hourly employees to efficiently and accurately accomplish the above responsibilities

• Experience working in a professional foodservice facility
• Experience producing food in a safe and secure environment
• Experience managing a staff
• Ability to work with production machinery

The Farm Kitchen Assistant Manager position reports to the Farm Kitchen Manager.
